Like Speaker Ensemble, this performance also used vibraphone recordings. In Book: vibraphone, Max/MSP, and Drum Set the recordings were of the same two pages, but there were only two and they were around 6’ minutes each. I created a Max/MSP patch that variously mixed a heavily distorted version of one of the vibes recordings with a clean version of the other which eventually was amplitude modulated with the audio from a live performance of the same two pages on drum set.
